  Decrease chance of diabetes

  Mary-Jay Health and Education

  Physical exercise promote cardiovascular health

According to published research by Pub Med, combined-exercise training produced more enhancement of growth hormone, body composition, and metabolic-syndrome factors than did aerobic-exercise training. However person with type 2 diabetes can minimize their blood glucose by simply performing aerobic and resistance exercise three days a week for 30 to 45 minutes long.

The increased incidence of obesity and type 2 diabetes (T2D) among youth has prompted the development of guidelines for healthy cardiorespiratory fitness. Type 2 diabetic youth need to engage in regular physical activity to increase healthy cardiorespiratory fitness and promote cardiovascular health in an effort to decrease long-term diabetes-related complications.
